“There is little difference in being lost and exploring.” Dan Eldon
We’ve all had times when we wonder if we’ve lost our way. We had a destination in mind, but washed up on a shore we didn’t expect. You may be feeling lost in your manuscript. Sure, when you were outlining it all made sense… but now? Today is about remembering that although you didn’t plan to be in this location, this new land gives you a chance to explore and with the right attitude you never know what you may discover.
Where did your character believe their life was going? How have things gone off the rails?
Who around your character can help them with the feelings of being lost? Who may be giving them the wrong directions?
What might your character learn or discover by being in a place they never expected?
